created by RWJF to bring together researchers, community foundations, and community members to engage in applied research in support of a Culture of Health.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><br><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">WeCAN is a product of the research conducted by Cohort Six of the IRL program.
