"Bridging the Gap Between Health & Community"

Black Belt H.O.P.E. (Health, Outreach, Promotion & Education), a COVID-19 health initiative of the Black Belt Community Foundation, has planned an outstanding one-day health equity conference for Black Belt residents and health stakeholders. This is an opportunity for you to unite with individuals and organizations providing information and resources that can help the residents of the Alabama Black Belt achieve the access to medical care, resources, and programs our communities need.

 

The topics for the conference are: “Health Equity”, “Mental Health/Wellness”, “Community Health Workers: An Asset to Your Community” and “The Pros and Cons of Telehealth.”

 

Join us! Gather this vital information and share it in your communities! Collaborate and commune with us as we continue “Bridging the Gap Between Health & Your Community.” Breakfast (light) and Lunch will be served.
